Notes
How to get there from the album's E Standard: Every string down a half step.
The Songsterr tab puts both guitars and the bass a half step down, and TuneLit's semitone check from the audio agrees: the low E♭ is played, the D below it never.

8. Special Delivery

E Standard +14 ¢Measured
Notes
Guitars in E Standard, bass in Drop D. Measured about 14 ¢ sharp, above the rest of the album.
The Songsterr tab keeps the guitar in E Standard and drops the bass to D. The record backs the dropped bass: it reaches a low E♭, below the range of a bass in standard tuning.

Notes
Ultimate Guitar's tab says standard tuning, but Songsterr writes it in F Standard, a half step up, with the bass dropped to E♭. The record never sounds an open low E, and TuneLit's semitone check cannot decide between E♭ and F, so it stays in the album's E Standard, where the main riff sits on the first fret.

Why does Conspiracy of One sound out of tune with my guitar?
