Before we measured, sources said: E Standard, with no pitch given (community).
A double album: a loud rock disc (tracks 1–10) and a quiet, mostly acoustic disc (tracks 11–20), recorded on analog tape. Almost everything is tabbed in E Standard; Razor, the acoustic closer, is in Drop D, and on Hell the bass drops to D under E Standard guitars. On the CD the songs split in two: about half sit at concert pitch and half 5 to 8 ¢ flat, so the album value lands between them, about 3 ¢ flat (A ≈ 439.2). The Deepest Blues Are Black sits about 7 ¢ sharp instead.

Bass players need Drop D here; guitarists stay in E Standard.
The guitars are tabbed in E Standard, playing mostly on the open D string, while the bass tab drops its low string to D. The audio agrees: the low D is by far the most common bass note.

Measured about 7 ¢ sharp (A ≈ 441.8), 10 ¢ above the album value.
Both discs are tabbed almost entirely in E Standard, the loud songs (Best of You, DOA, No Way Back) and the acoustic ones (Friend of a Friend, Virginia Moon) alike.

10. End Over End
E StandardMeasured
Notes
The tab is in E Standard, but the audio never hears the open low E and hears a low D instead, so the bass probably drops to D, as on Hell.

Notes
How to get there from the album's E Standard: String 6 down a whole step (E → D); the other strings stay.
Josh Homme plays the second acoustic guitar.
The main tab of the acoustic part is in Drop D, and the audio hears the low D more than any other bass note.
