Before we measured, sources said: F Standard, with no pitch given (widely reported).
One 47-minute piece cut into thirteen tracks, with programmed drums instead of Tomas Haake playing live. Hagström said at the time that power chords turn to mush on the low eight-string notes. TuneLit measured the Japanese CD about 12 ¢ sharp (A ≈ 443) and the audio check confirms the low F on five tracks. Shed drops the low string to E♭ (confirmed by the check) and sits at concert pitch; Mind's Mirrors, an ambient interlude, is said to slacken it much further.

How to get there from the album's F Standard: String 8 down 13 half steps (F → E); the other strings stay.
An ambient interlude; the eighth string is said to go down to E0, below what a tuner can follow.
PMT's guide and a short Songsterr tab put the eighth string down at E0, an octave and a half step below the album's F, for its low drone.
