Before we measured, sources said: Drop D, with no pitch given (community).
Drop D again, and again a little sharp: TuneLit measured the CD about 6 ¢ above concert pitch (A ≈ 442), with Undone higher at about 16 ¢ (A ≈ 444). Pin Me Down goes a whole step lower, to Drop C. Pay the Bill's tabs disagree on the shape (Drop D or D Standard) but agree on the low D. It has no tab and is the open question: TuneLit's semitone check from the audio hears C♯, not D, as its lowest note.

1. Power

2. Pay the Bill
Drop D +6 ¢Measured
Notes
Ultimate Guitar's tab and Songsterr's second guitar part are in Drop D, with the main riff on E at the 2nd fret; Songsterr's main guitar part uses D Standard instead. The low string is D either way, and TuneLit's semitone check from the audio agrees.

3. Pin Me Down
Different tuning
Drop C +6 ¢Measured
Notes
How to get there from the album's Drop D: Every string down a whole step.
Drop the 6th string a whole step further than on the rest of the album, from D to C, and lower the other strings to D Standard.
Songsterr's tab (a machine transcription) is in Drop C; an older Ultimate Guitar tab plays the same riff in Drop D. TuneLit's semitone check from the audio hears C as the lowest open string, so it is listed in Drop C.

6. It
Drop D +6 ¢Measured
Notes
No tab found, so it follows the album's Drop D. TuneLit's semitone check from the audio hears C♯ rather than D as its lowest note, and nothing below it. That could mean a guitar tuned down to C♯ for this song, or a synth bass under the guitars: check by ear.

8. Undone
Different pitch
Drop D +16 ¢Measured
Notes
Tabbed in Drop D like the rest of the album (Songsterr). TuneLit measured this song about 16 ¢ sharp (A ≈ 444), about 10 ¢ above the album.

9. What Are You Afraid Of
Drop D +6 ¢Measured
Notes
On its own, this song measures sharper: CD +14.1 ¢. Tune uses the album's +6 ¢.

11. Easy Way Out
Drop D +6 ¢Measured
Notes
No tab found, so it follows the album's Drop D. TuneLit's semitone check from the audio is not sure about the low string here.

Questions
What tuning is Use Your Brain in?
Clawfinger recorded Use Your Brain (1995) in Drop D, about 6 cents sharp (A ≈ 442), measured by TuneLit on the CD. Pin Me Down uses Drop C +6 ¢; Undone uses Drop D +16 ¢.
Why does Use Your Brain sound out of tune with my guitar?
Undone sits about 16 cents sharp (A ≈ 444), so a guitar tuned to A 440 clashes with it. The Tune buttons on this page set the tuner's reference to match the record, so you only tune the strings.
