Before we measured, sources said: Drop D, with no pitch given (community).
Back to guitar riffs, and lower than ever on some songs: the title track and 15 Minutes of Fame are tabbed in Drop D, Recipe for Hate in B Standard, Money Power Glory in Drop A, Kick It in Drop C, and Live Like a Man needs a 7-string in Drop G. TuneLit measured the CD at concert pitch, with Bitch a little flat at about 9 ¢ (A ≈ 438). Four Letter Word and Step Aside have no tab and follow the album's Drop D, but a low B, as in Recipe for Hate, sounds often in both: check them by ear.

Notes
How to get there from the album's Drop D: String 6 down 3 half steps (D → B), String 5 down 5 half steps (A → E), String 4 down 5 half steps (D → A), String 3 down 5 half steps (G → D), String 2 down 5 half steps (B → F♯), String 1 down 5 half steps (E → B).
String 6 sits 5 half steps below its standard E2. On a normal set (.046) it keeps only about 55 % of its usual tension and feels loose. For the usual feel use about a .061 string, or a baritone guitar.
B Standard is far below E on a normal guitar; a baritone or a set of heavy strings keeps it from flopping.
Songsterr's and Ultimate Guitar's tabs agree on B Standard (B F♯ B E G♯ C♯), two and a half steps down, and TuneLit's semitone check from the audio hears B as the lowest open string.

Drop D −9 ¢Measured
Notes
No tab found; it follows the album's Drop D, and TuneLit's semitone check from the audio agrees. TuneLit measured this song about 9 ¢ flat (A ≈ 438), unlike the rest of the album.

7. Four Letter Word
Drop DMeasured
Notes
No tab with a tuning found (only chords), so it follows the album's Drop D. A low B sounds often in the recording, so B Standard, as in Recipe for Hate, is possible: check by ear.

Drop AMeasured
Notes
How to get there from the album's Drop D: Every string down 5 half steps.
String 6 sits 7 half steps below its standard E2. On a normal set (.046) it keeps only about 45 % of its usual tension and feels loose. For the usual feel use about a .069 string, or a baritone guitar.
Both Songsterr tabs use Drop A (A E A D F♯ B): B Standard with the low string a whole step lower. TuneLit's semitone check from the audio hears A as the lowest open string.

9. Kick It
Different tuning
Drop CMeasured
Notes

The only tab (Songsterr) is in Drop C, and TuneLit's semitone check from the audio agrees.

Drop GMeasured
Notes
How to get there from B Standard: String 7 down 4 half steps (B → G), String 6 down a whole step (E → D), String 5 down a whole step (A → G), String 4 down a whole step (D → C), String 3 down a whole step (G → F), String 2 down a whole step (B → A), String 1 down a whole step (E → D).
The only tab (Songsterr) is for a 7-string guitar in Drop G (G D G C F A D): D Standard with a low G below it. TuneLit's semitone check from the audio is not sure about the semitone, but G is by far the song's strongest low note.
-
11. Step Aside
Drop DMeasured
