Before we measured, sources said: D Standard at A 425, about 60 cents flat (official).
A mixed album. Becoming, 5 Minutes Alone and I'm Broken are in D Standard (Use My Third Arm and Throes of Rejection are tabbed there too). Strength Beyond Strength, Slaughtered and Shedding Skin are tabbed in E (as are Good Friends and a Bottle of Pills and 25 Years), Hard Lines, Sunken Cheeks drops to C♯ Standard, and the Black Sabbath cover Planet Caravan is tabbed in E♭. Sources give every song the ~60-cent offset; TuneLit measured most of the album about 44 ¢ flat (A ≈ 429), with Shedding Skin, Planet Caravan and Hard Lines, Sunken Cheeks lower at 60–66 ¢ (A ≈ 424–425).

-
1. Strength Beyond Strength
Different tuning
E Standard A 429Measured
Notes
The main tab puts the opener in E Standard (alternates in D and E♭ also exist), which fits Dime's remark that some tracks kept regular tuning. Use his flat E, not Becoming's D.
-
2. Becoming
D Standard A 429Measured
Notes
A whole step down plus the offset, which is why it sounds between C♯ and D. Dime built its riffs and solo around his first DigiTech Whammy pedal, so the pitch-shifted sounds come from the pedal, not a different tuning.
-
3. 5 Minutes Alone
D Standard A 429Measured
Notes
Guitar World lists it among the whole-step-down songs and the main tab agrees. C♯ versions exist because the record sounds between C♯ and D.
-
4. I'm Broken
D Standard A 429Measured
Notes
The main tab and Guitar World both say D Standard; alternate tabs in E, C♯ and Drop D also circulate.
-
5. Good Friends and a Bottle of Pills
Different tuning
E Standard A 429Measured
Notes
Both Songsterr tabs put the guitars in E Standard, which fits Dime's remark that some tracks kept regular tuning. Few people have transcribed it, so treat it as a tab reading.

The main tab of this Black Sabbath cover is in E♭ Standard, an alternate in E. TuneLit measured it about 63 ¢ below E (A ≈ 424), the same pitch as E♭ +37 ¢, so both tabs describe it once the reference is right.
